In this section of Heart Plan Vision we shall be celebrating prose
in forms of poetry, free verse and quotations
“Every step is a revolution against busyness.
Each mindful step says:
‘I don’t want to run anymore.
I want to stop.
I want to live my life.
I don’t want to miss the wonders of life.'”
Thich Nhat Hanh
The Peace of Wild Things
When despair for the world grows in me
and I wake in the night at the least sound
in fear of what my life and my children’s lives may be,
I go and lie down where the wood drake
rests in his beauty on the water, and the great heron feeds.
I come into the peace of wild things
who do not tax their lives with forethought of grief.
I come into the presence of still water.
And I feel above me the day-blind stars
waiting with their light.
For a time
I rest in the grace of the world, and am free.
– Wendell Berry
The Process of Awakening
You are our Father. You are the Potter and we are the clay. We all are formed by your hand. (Isaiah 64:9)
“My awakening process has been to realize I am not the body-clay, I am the spark of Spirit-fire placed inside the bowl of flesh.
That the Creator’s Spirit is a flame sent to join the spark I am, for His Presence to turn the night to dawn inside the bowl in which I for a moment dwell. To be the light, reflecting Him.
Then one day, some bright noon when the clay shall break my light shall flow to His and my awakening be complete. “

Facebook Notes
I have learned many lessons in my life. Most of them I have learned later on in life.
But sometimes we forget these lessons and are reminded of these lessons once again. Sometimes we resist these valuable lessons, and other times we allow them to come into our Being.
And we are awakened into a new reality and a new clarity of mind and body – thanking these lessons for a better understanding of who we are and thus making us a better person. — Rick Theile
Lessons From the Last Year
Find deep compassion for yourself
Love yourself as the precious being that you are
Be in acceptance for where you are and who you are becoming
— Kara Stoltenberg
“It is in this deep compassion and acceptance
for exactly where I am
that I have found the most profound healing.”
* The New Spirituality *
The new generation of spirituality
Has dropped its spirituality
Has given up its teachers
Has released away its gurus
Has burned up its books
Has tossed out all its concepts
And has become an animal
With a sense of smell
That settles for nothing
But the truth.
— James Marshall
My Soul Seeks Release
Inspired by a wonderful and courageous man friend on a wilderness journey,
and his daily journalings, with such a tender range of emotions, concerns, delights and wisdoms.
I wondered if I could do the same.
To be that vulnerable. And the lion roared within, yes!
You must!
Your SOUL seeks release from this prison
She has put herself in.
Only God Self can Release her.

To Love Yourself Right Now,
just as you Are,
is to give yourself Heaven.
Don’t wait until you die.
If you wait, you die now.
If you Love, you Live now.
— Alan Cohen
